Greenlight uses teamwork.com to coordinate communication, tasks, and schedule on our projects. This service was selected for its toolset and ease of use - in particular, once a user is signed in, most communications work straight through email - one doesn't need to log on to the site to get things done. As we continue to use the system, more short videos will be added to help everyone use the system.
The site can be accessed at gldevco.teamwork.com
This 2 minute video gives a quick overview on the system and the features we currently use.
